This cake is made of the freshest leaves picked in spring of 2006 and processed in raw teas (毛茶). They were pile-fermented for two years before carrying out the process of cake tea making in May 2008. Until this year, during the period of 7 years, those cakes of tea were carefully stored in the warehouses while fermenting. The tea has bright red and clear liquid with prominent aged scent when brewing. This tea has no bitterness, but very mild and balanced taste. The smell is delicate and intriguing a little bit like red dates. We recommend it as a daily drink for the beginners in pu-erh teas.
