The second name of the Organic Hangzhou Tian Mu Qing Ding Green Tea is Tian Mu Yun Wu Tea, that originates from the organic tea garden of Tianmu Mountain in Lin’an area, Hangzhou. This area is well-known and passed European, U.S. and Japanese organic certification. This is a strategic place for planting organic dragon well tea and green tea. It is not enough if only the area meets the organic standards, all the other processes like picking of leaves and making of teas should be of high standard level. Raw tea is being picked with only two conditions: one bud with one leaf or one bud with two leaves. The essence of the leaves and their freshness is provided by the exceptional skills of the tea makers. The Organic Tian Mu Qing Ding Green Tea has great advantages in both areas: organic and superior teas due to the synthesis of traditional manual craft and modern methods.
