     Organic Huangshan Maofeng tea originates from Xiuning County which is notable for its organic tea production throughout the country. The peculiarity of plucking Huangshan Maofeng tea is that it should be carried out during Ming Qian period in the beginning of spring to catch the first tender buds that have lots of nutrients. The main rule of plucking this tea is to pick one bud and one leaf or one bud with two leaves. It is essential to perform plucking and processing procedures on the same day. Straight smooth leaves of yellowish green color represent the finished product in combination with rich aroma. The tea has pleasing original fragrance that provides nice and smooth drinking with sweet notes and absolutely no bitterness.
